Michael Dudley - PRESIDENTMichael Dudley, President of M.S. Dudley Development has been meeting the needs of luxury, custom home buyers for twenty years in Arizona.  He is adept at crafting a custom residence with both high quality and stylish elegance. He works closely and effectively with his customers to assure that the process is both successful and enjoyable. His firm, and the nearly seventy five subcontractors he has carefully selected, have earned the reputations of honesty, reliability and meeting agreed-on time lines.

Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Michael Dudley moved to Arizona in the mid 1980’s and has lived in Scottsdale since. He founded M.S. Dudley Development in 1989 and has built and remodeled hundreds of luxury residences throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills and surrounding areas over the past twenty years.  From the beginning, Mike has been interested in creating one-of-a-kind, architect designed, luxury residences for his customers.  He has been featured in a Builder/Architect Magazine for a build-to-suit project and as one of Arizona’s current premier luxury home building companies.  He and his wife Cindy have been married for 23 years and they have two children.  They are very active in their Church and the community. 


Jennifer Overbeck - OFFICE MANAGER

Originally from a small town in Michigan, Jennifer Overbeck moved to Scottsdale in 2006.  She comes from a very large family, in which there are three construction companies.  At the age of sixteen, she began working for her uncle’s custom residential building firm, quickly becoming responsible for the accounting and many client relation functions.  She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Aquinas College.  At M.S. Dudley Development, Jennifer plays many roles and is responsible for the accounting and assists with project estimating and scheduling.
